Terms & Conditions


1. Booking & Payments

A confirmed booking may require a deposit. Full payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Payments must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed.


2. Cancellations

Cancellation policies, including refund eligibility, will be specified in your booking agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing.


3. Delivery & Setup

We provide delivery, installation, and pickup services as agreed upon during booking. Clients must ensure the venue allows installation and access at the scheduled time.


4. Equipment Responsibility

Clients are responsible for protecting rented items from damage during the event. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.


5. Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Use of Photos

We may use event photos featuring our marquee displays for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


7. Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
